Winless ‘Two’ just miss out

Exchange Two are still looking for their first win after a tie-break loss to Exchange One, 6-5, in round nine of the Deniliquin & District Pool Competition on Wednesday night.

Coach House were also victorious in a tie-break over Zoo One, 6-5, while Buncha Two were dominant in a 7-3 win over Pretty Pine.

Ray Allsopp came out of retirement to help steer Zoo Two to a massive 8-2 triumph over Tatts to close out the round. Buncha One had the bye.

Three game winners this round were J Hickey (Coach House), J Allsopp, C Bent (Zoo Two).

This week will be a general bye with the mid-year meeting held at Pretty Pine from 7.30pm on tomorrow night.
