The Benalla Heavy Horse Driving Day was a massive success, with spectators from across the state mixing with locals to create an amazing atmosphere.

The champion horse of the day award was shared by Spirit, driven by Kelly Hamblin, and Bozo, driven by Amy Little.

The Novis Encouragement Award went to Heather McCormick, who was driving Wally.

The Nance and Dave Weavers Junior Encouragement Award went to Makayla Quinn from St Paul’s College, Walla Walla, NSW, who was driving Chloe.
