Pioneers are blazing a trail

Pioneers vice-captain Noah Wheeler has been one of the Pioneers best players this season.

Named in the best players in four of his six apperances at that level this year.

A 22 disposal match against Oakleigh was his best match of the year so far.

Sixteen of his disposals were kicks, and he also laid five tackles.

It’s been a good season for the young gun, and if this form keeps up, he could go anywhere next year.

Three games from Brodie Kemp so far this year, but has been a solid hand in all three.

His best game was his most recent, collecting 15 touches and kicking a goal against Gippsland.

Still a bit of time left to get a few games in and set the tone with his form.

Reilly has been a consistant hand in the Pioneers squad this season, playing all but one game.

While she hasn’t appeared in the bests as yet, shes become a key core player of the squad.

Stewart has appeared in every match for the Pioneers this season, and has been a regular amongst the votes.

Has polled votes in three of her apperances so far, and is a regular contributor on the field.

Hasn’t played as many games as her teammates, but has played majority of the season with the side.

Got into the votes against the Greater Western Victoria Rebels in her best game for the season.
