The Christmas spirit is returning to Cobram, with colourful lighting displays adding a glow to local streets.
Ron and Kath Renfrew’s ever-popular display at 7 Davey St, Cobram, has been switched on.
Mr Renfrew said the 30000 lights decorating his home were all for the enjoyment of local children.
‘‘As usual we ask people to come in to our garden as you cannot see all the lights from their cars,’’ he said.
‘‘If visitors would like to make a donation to Heartkids Victoria, there will be a tin in the garden.’’
Last year, the Renfrews donated almost $1000 to Heartkids following their Christmas decorations fundraising.
Mr Renfrew said Santa would also be making an appearance on Christmas Eve from 8.30pm to 10pm, with locals urged to come along to meet him.
