Offender steals churchgoer's handbag

A male offender stole a Yarrawonga churchgoer’s handbag from the St Andrew’s Uniting Church hall in Tom St, Yarrawonga, on the morning of Sunday December 3.

According to the police, the male then used keys located inside the handbag to steal a 2010 silver Mazda sedan parked nearby.

The offender was aged in his mid-thirties, was of medium build with a closely shaved ginger beard and was wearing a blue jacket with yellow writing reading ‘‘Storm’’ on the back.
