Mathoura confident against Toc.

Mathoura can keep their slim Picola District Football League finals hopes alive with a win tomorrow.

The Timbercutters will have a great opportunity for another win when they host a struggling Tocumwal.

Berrigan (seventh) and Rennie (eighth), who are two games in front of the Timbercutters, face stiff opposition this weekend in the form of Waaia and Blighty, respectively.

It means that victory against the Bloods at Mathoura Recreation Reserve could propel the home side back to within a match of the Saints and Grasshoppers.

Ryan Cumberland will look to replicate his three goal haul for Mathoura from last week, while Mitch Bell and Tim Garlick need to lead from the front for the struggling Bloods.

Tocumwal have just one win from nine games, but have a percentage advantage over Mathoura.

With co-coaches Darcy Robinson and Jack Keogh in top form, the Timbercutters should be able to post their first win over Tocumwal since the Bloods joined the PDFL.

Selection: Mathoura by less than a goal.
