Theft from motor vehicles

Offenders are targeting tradesmen’s vehicles during the late evening and early hours of the morning and stealing expensive power tools. To avoid becoming a victim, please ensure that your vehicle or trailer is locked and secured when left unattended.  It is also very important that all or your power tools are engraved with your licence number so that in the event your tools are stolen and recovered by police, these tools can be returned to the rightful owner quickly.
